Where we ship
The continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm what is possible and what it would cost.
Where orders are dispatched from
Orders are dispatched from within the United States — from our warehouse in Newark, Delaware, or from one of our United States sellers.
Goods made in Turkmenistan are imported and cleared through customs before they are listed for sale. There is nothing for you to pay on delivery: no customs paperwork, no duty, and no handling fee at the door.
How long delivery takes
Delivery usually takes two to five days once an order has been dispatched. These are estimates based on ordinary carrier performance and are not guaranteed.
Carpets and other large or heavy pieces may travel by a different service to small parcels and can take longer. The estimate shown on the product page reflects this.
Orders containing items from more than one seller
Where an order includes items held in different places, it may arrive in more than one parcel, and those parcels may arrive on different days. Where this applies it is shown at checkout, and you are not charged twice for delivery.
Damage in transit
Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the item and the packaging, so we can take it up with the carrier as well as with you.
Cancelling an order
Message us as soon as you can. If the order has not yet been dispatched we can usually stop it. If it has already gone, it becomes a return — see the Refund Policy.
