Returns
You may return an item within 30 days of delivery.
Goods should come back in the condition they arrived in, with any packaging, tags and certificates included.
How to start a return
Send us a message with your order number and we will provide a return label and instructions. We handle the conversation and the paperwork; you do not deal with the seller directly.
Refunds
Once a return arrives it is inspected, and the refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow for your bank or card issuer's own processing time after we issue it.
Handmade variation is not a fault
Much of what is sold here is made by hand, so pieces of the same design differ slightly in colour, weave and dimensions. We photograph and measure each item individually so you can see what you are buying. Natural variation of this kind is a characteristic of the work rather than a defect.
If a piece is not what the listing showed, that is a different matter and we want to hear about it.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the item and its packaging.
Cancelling before dispatch
Message us as soon as you can. If the order has not been dispatched we can usually stop it.
