Accessibility

Draft, pending legal review.

We want Made in Turkmenistan to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, need larger text, or rely on high-contrast settings.

What we are doing

We build the store on standard, widely supported web components and we test the pages people actually use — the home page, category pages, product pages, cart and checkout. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We treat that as a target we work toward continuously, not a certification we claim.

Parts of the store come from third parties: the checkout, payment forms, and some apps. We do not control their code, but we do choose which ones to use, and accessibility is part of that choice.

If something does not work for you

Tell us. Use the contact form and, if you can, include:

  • the page you were on
  • what you were trying to do
  • the browser, device, or assistive technology you were using

We read every message. We will reply and tell you what we can fix and roughly when.

If you cannot complete an order on the site

Contact us and we will help you place the order another way. You should not have to fight the website to buy something.
