This policy explains what we collect when you use MadeinTurkmenistan.us, why we collect it, and what choices you have. The store is operated by Turkmen American Business Cooperation Association LLC (“TABCA”, “we”), a Delaware company based in Fairfax, Virginia.
What we collect
- Order information — your name, delivery and billing address, email address and telephone number where given, and what you bought.
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Messages you send us through the contact form.
- Usage and device data — pages viewed, referring site, browser and device type, and similar information collected through cookies.
Why we use it
To take and fulfil your order, arrange delivery, answer your questions, process returns and refunds, detect and prevent fraud, meet our legal and tax obligations, and understand how the store is used so we can improve it. Where we send marketing email, we do so only with your consent and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed, with:
- Shopify, which provides the store platform
- our payment processor, to take payment
- shipping carriers and our warehouse partner in Newark, Delaware, to deliver your order
- a seller, where they dispatch your order themselves — limited to the delivery details needed to send it
- our professional advisers, and public authorities where the law requires it
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Cookies
The store uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, and others that help us understand usage or support advertising. You can manage these through the cookie banner and through Your Privacy Choices.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its being “sold” or “shared” for targeted advertising. Residents of California and several other states have specific rights of this kind. To exercise any of them, contact us. We will not treat you differently for asking.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal purposes. Other information is kept only for as long as it is useful for the purpose it was collected for.
Children
The store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy. The version published here is the current one, and the date below shows when it last changed.
